The Riddell Footwear National Coach of the Year

Coaching Awards
The Riddell Footwear High School All-America Football Team consists of the best football players in the entire country. Additionally, the team will bestow seven special coaching awards - one to the national high school coach of the year and six more to regional coaches of the year throughout the country. Here are the winners for national and regional coaches of the year.

Riddell Footwear National Coach of the Year

With questions about talent and arguably the toughest schedule his team has ever faced, Concord (Calif.) De La Salle head coach Bob Ladouceur led the Spartans to another undefeated season and North Coast Section 4A title. It's hard to imagine a coach who has led his team to 125 straight victories getting better, but that's just what happened. With the whole high school football world watching his team face highly-regarded Long Beach Poly, the Spartan's executed Ladouceur's game plan perfectly and came away with a 29-15 and the undisputed title of the best team in California.
