Scouting Report: Trevor Walker

So what kind of a player are the Huskies getting in safety Trevor Walker?

Rivals.com regional analyst Jason Howell would know as he's spent plenty of time evaluating Walker, ranked the No. 47 safety in the nation.

UDUBNation.com spoke with Howell just as Walker was making his decision and he broke it down for us:

"Walker is a heavy hitter from the secondary and takes good angles and fills the alley well," Howell said.

"He is a sure tackler and explodes through the ball carrier. He is at his best moving forward rather in a backpedal but he does have good change of direction. He also plays the ball very well and has the speed to close strong.

"Very solid safety who has the size, athleticism, and the skill set to play either safety position on the college level."
