Nebraska played host to Athens (Texas) Trinity Valley C.C. defensive tackle Quincy Russell this weekend.

The trip was Russell's first official visit of the year but was the second time that he had been to Nebraska as he visited Lincoln for the Red-White Spring Game during when he was a junior in high school. Because of that Russell said he already had a certain level of familiarity with Nebraska but still came away very impressed by what he saw.
